Favorable judgment for Jabłoński Kozminski Law Firm’s client in the case of the municipal register of monuments
It is with great pleasure that we inform you about the favorable judgment of the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Olsztyn for the client of the Jabłoński Koźmiński Law Firm regarding the municipal register of monuments.
The ordinance of the President of Olsztyn, which included this property into the register, was assessed as violating the law, which confirms our doubts regarding this type of administrative decisions.
